Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the agency/graphic design field. Degree in Graphic design required.

  • Process graphic design requests.
  • Possess a great eye for design and branding as established by the ministry’s style guide.
  • Must be able to take creative direction well from the Creative Director.

Senior Accountant

Finance team member to be a part of providing accurate and timely financial information and support to our Executive and Operational management to assist them in their desire to spread the gospel through Broadcast and Print mediums in efficient and effective ways.

Education Requirements: BBA in Accounting, CPA a plus.

Experience: 3 – 5 years of accounting experience in public and/or private industry with growing responsibilities through out.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to the following):

  • Responsible for ongoing accounting assignments as part of completing monthly and annual close processes (journal entries, accruals, general ledger reconciliations, etc.)
  • Preparation of reporting for monthly discussions with management, periodic Board meetings, and additional reports as requested by Controller.
  • Customer liaison between finance department and other areas of the organization.
  • Process associates’ expenses reported through our electronic system including assisting/training associates with system, review & approval of gl coding, and extracting of data and importing to A/P.
  • Involved in planning and preparation of budget and loading to accounting system. Development of linked Excel schedules and documentation of changes, modifications and back up during budgeting process and during the operational year.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Directly serves the financial and prayerful supporters of In Touch Ministries by answering customer service calls, emails, and mail, processing orders, answering questions, and offering prayers as requested by the caller.

Experience: 1-2 years’ of call center or customer service experience with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

Marketing Project Coordinator

In Touch Ministries is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to support marketing initiatives throughout the ministry. The qualified candidate will assist the Director of Marketing in planning, organizing, and fulfilling marketing promotions throughout the ministry’s media outlets (radio, TV, magazine, web, social media), as well as external media.

Ongoing Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Management for web, print, and broadcast (TV & radio) initiatives.
  • Develop promotion schedules that complement web, broadcast, and magazine.
  • Traffic jobs throughout the ministry from conception to completion.
  • Work with Marketing Coordinators and Director of Marketing to plan marketing and promotions projects.

Key Results Anticipated:

Candidate will preferably have:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following):

Editing:
  • Works closely with the editorial team of writers, editors, and translators to produce superior content for a Spanish-speaking audience, including:
  • Coordination and tracking of assignments and tasks.
  • Assisting with management of editorial and production schedules.
  • Content editing.
  • Reviewing and revising for theological accuracy.
  • Copy editing.
  • Proofreading.
Writing: Contributes to En Contacto in print and online, in addition to writing for other ministry-related projects as needed.
