Problems with Flash Players

We are sorry you are having problems with our Flash Player.

Please identify the problem you are experiencing and follow the related instructions
in order to solve your problem.

Problem:

  1. You are getting a message telling you that you need to upgrade to Macromedia Flash Player 8. Please upgrade by following this link: Upgrade to Flash 8
  2. If you have already upgraded to Flash 8 and continue to get this message, then close your browser, clear your temporary files(on IE go to "Tools," scroll down to "Internet Options," select "Delete Files" and check the box beside "Delete offline content" and click "OK") and clear your computer cache (on the same window as the temporary files, select "Delete Cookies" and click "OK"). After doing that, open your browser again and try to see the page.
  3. Also, if you are NOT getting the message to upgrade to Flash 8 but are unable to see the content of the menus, follow the instructions for step 1.
  4. If you are not experiencing any of the problems above but are not able to connect to the server due to a "URL not found" or "URL failed" message, then wait for a few seconds and try again. If you are still NOT able to connect, it could be for any of the following reasons:
  • Your Internet Connection Signal might be experiencing difficulties, or the signal might be breaking due to weather conditions or hardware failure.
  • You might be behind a firewall, or might have a protection program running. Antivirus software often blocks open connections that could create security problems. We recommend turning your firewall protection settings off as well as your antivirus.
  • You might be sharing a connection with other people, causing your signal to be weak.
  • If you are able to connect, but the audio or video constantly stops and restarts, then your connection speed is dropping causing the file transfer to slow down.

If you have done steps 1 - 3 and are still experiencing problems, PLEASE consider any of the possible problems listed in step 4. In those cases, we have no control of the problem and expect it will be resolved in a matter of time.

If you wish to contact us regarding problems with the flash players, and you have follow the instructions in steps 1 to 3, please let us know the following information about your case:

  • Where are you located? (City/State)
  • Are you at a residential or commercial location?
  • What kind of Internet connection are you using?
  • Operating system?

Furthermore: If the problem of buffering to often continues, you might want to do a bandwidth speed detection on your computer to ensure that your connection is performing as expected.

You can use the websites below to test your speed. If your speed is slower than expected, please contact your local internet provider to find out what the problem might be.
